  • No Manufacturing warranty. Limited Supplier trust.
  • Cracker deal quality of product is very low quality, mgmt need to improve their skills to choose.
  •  Heavy Discount but suspicious on deliver part as read many negative review found in best deals found in shopclues review section.
  •  Less Number of days in terms of money back refund policies.
  •  Though I was certified buyer. My review was not published. It means reviewed is getting filtered out or shopclues is also manipulating the review.
  •  I have seen 1000 of reviews in Shopclues.com with word like “nice”, “good” but when i wrote review, its says following message…. “Please make sure your reviews contains at least 200 characters.” LOL
  • No Refund /Return in Shopclues – Out of 15 order I placed, I found 6 delivery product was with very low standard, 1 product was never delivered and after 2 months, money refund was initiated. One product which I was delivered sub-standard from cracker deal, I placed the refund request on same day and I got following response. “We express our inability to accept your return request as we have sent you the same product with standard quality ordered by you. Please refer to http://www.shopclues.com/return-policy.html for return policies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.”I had same kind of request on flipcart/Amazon and Snapdeal and they refund/retrun the product without much questions asked. So in nutshell, before shopping on shopclues, you should their policy url. LOL!!!
  •   Check the price of “Samsung 40H5100 40 inches LED TV” in many websites. The top rated seller is not giving Manufacturing warranty/ Installation support / money back guaranteed.
  • No Cash on delivery on most of the produjcts so if you have bought the products, forget about money refund if you are not satisfied with product.
  • I got order confirmation over the email, money was deducted from my bank account but the order details are not seen in order history. Will verify tomorow again.  As order is not getting display in order history, you will not be able to use Buyer Protection and easily money can be transferred into seller account without making things delivered. This is a functional issues of website.
  • Customer Support over the phone call is only available for 2 Hours each day and most of the phone is busy. Wont be able to connect. So there is not proper customer support provided.
  • you can not reach to shopclues email support as no information has been provided.

  • EMI system is not working and shows wrong information with error message..
  • Payment for this order has failed.

My Recommendation – We have got very bad habit with quality products in good price and good refund, return and delivery on time by flipcart, snapdeal and amazon. so Shopclues will definitely disappoint us in any many area. You should not place a order on shopclus until they come back with better services and support. At present, buying on shopclues is just waste of time and waste of money and waste of energy.
